Local plans and exports
The iPhone app stores horse and plan data locally. You can export a PDF stall card or JSON archive through Apple’s share sheet. Restoring an archive validates its format before adding records. Keep independent backups of exports that matter to you.
Purchases
HayRatio offers hayratio_lifetime as a one-time Pro purchase and hayratio_annual as a yearly subscription, with no trial. The app always shows Apple’s localized price. Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple; RevenueCat provides entitlement status.
Safety concern?
HayRatio is not monitored for emergencies. Contact your veterinarian or local emergency veterinary service for urgent health, feeding, ingestion, or treatment concerns.

Can I use HayRatio without an account?
Yes. The iPhone app and website require no account. The core iPhone calculator works offline, and website calculator inputs remain in the browser.
What happens if the iPhone store products do not load?
The free calculator remains usable. Dismiss the paywall and try Retry or Restore Purchases later when Apple and RevenueCat services are reachable.
How do I restore a HayRatio Pro purchase?
Open HayRatio Settings, choose HayRatio Pro, then Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase.
